QUEBEC DERAILMENT LAWSUIT ON TRACK?

Two men who live in Lac-Megantic are seeking permission to file a class-action suit against the owners of the train that derailed in the Quebec town July 6.

One of the two men , Yannick Gagne, owned a bar where many died.

The other, Guy Ouellet, lost his partner.

The court documents, filed this morning, name as defendants, the Montreal, Maine & Atlantic railway and its chair.

No dollar figure’s mentioned.
