Retired archbishop Desmond Tutu says Nelson Mandela was asleep when he visited him in the hospital today.
Tutu says he held Mandela’s hand.
The former South African president celebrated his 95th birthday yesterday, and remains on a breathing ventilator as he receives treatment for a recurring lung infection
