McCARTNEY HITS RIGHT NOTE IN QUEBEC

Maybe they’re amazed.

Then again maybe not.

Paul McCartney is giving out around 1,000 free tickets for his upcoming concert in Quebec City to residents of Lac-Megantic, where a train derailment, explosion and fire is believed to have killed 47.

He’s also expected to address the survivors who come to next Tuesday’s show.

Stevie Wonder recently dedicated his concert to the victims and suggested he might also perform with Sir Paul to help survivors.
