It the first and only program in Canada designed especially for women afflicted with Arthritis.

The disease affects two out of three or 2.8 million Canadian women.

Shoppers Drug Mart will conduct an arthritis screening program that makes a pharmacist available to help detect the painful condition early  and manage medication.

The program was developed from research carried out at the Arthritis Research Centre of Canada through the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
