Porter Airlines hoping business returns to normal later today.
The problem’s with its flight booking system
The technical trouble prevented Porter staff from accessing passenger info and reservation lists while passengers could not access the airline’s website.
The glitch led to dozens of cancellations last night, leaving flyers frustrated.
So far, six flights out of Billy Bishop Airport are scrubbed today.
Porter’s among dozens of airlines around the world that use this reservation system.
Air Canada does not.
