Big turnout last night at Etobicoke’s Centennial Park for Ford Fest; the Toronto mayor’s annual BBQ-fair-pep rally.
While the crowds enjoyed the music, carnival rides, burgers and beer – all for free – the main attraction was Rob Ford, who says gathering like this are all about meeting the voters.
And Ford says he wants his political career to last ”at least another 13 years”.
He used to hold one Fest a year in his mother’s large backyard.
This year he held two; one earlier in Scarborough.
