The Prime Minister has announced that MP, Dean del Mastro  is no longer a member of caucus.

Del Mastro is facing four counts of violating the Canada Elections Act.

The charges are in connection with his 2008 campaign expense.

Del Mastro and his former official agent  … Richard McCarthy  face three Canada Elections Act charges.

The charges are in connection with a personal 21-thousand dollars cheque to a political consultant  shortly before the 2008 campaign.
