RCMP court documents released today allege that Senator Pamela Wallin’s improper expense claims constitute fraud and breach of trust.
The documents demand that the Senate and its auditors turn over several versions of Wallin’s electronic Senate calendar.
The allegations are related to more than 140-thousand-dollars in travel claims between January 1st, 2009, and September 30th, 2012 deemed inappropriate by an independent audit.
Wallin has since paid back the money and has not been charged with an offence.
