At Queen’s Park, the Progressive Conservatives are disappointed with what they describe as the lack of real action in the fall economic statement from the Liberal government. P-C Leader Tim Hudak told the legislature today he was hoping Premier Kathleen Wynne would come up with some fresh ideas on job creation. Finance Minister Charles Sousa says Ontario is on track to eliminate an 11.7-billion-dollar deficit within four years, but will continue spending rather than worrying about meeting its target if economic growth continues to weaken.
