A Toronto judge has reserved his decision on whether or not to allow defence lawyers to view a video that appears to show Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine.
The lawyers for a man who is seen posing with the mayor – in a widely published photograph – argue that their client’s reputation has been harmed by being associated with the video.
Tomorrow, Toronto city councillor Denzil Minnan-Wong is expected to put forward a non-binding motion that will demand that Rob Ford take a leave of absence.
