A judge has dismissed the application to view the video that appears to show Mayor Ford smoking crack cocaine. The lawyer for Muhammad Khattak, the man photographed with Ford outside a house reportedly associated with the video, went to court to get permission to see the video.
Meanwhile, city coucill debates a motion today stripping Rob Ford of most of his powers, leaving him mayor in name only.
