Today’s 12-year deal between the N-H-L and Rogers communications is good news for hockey fans especially those on a tight budget. It could mean cable subscribers will get more access without buying premium packages. NHL commissioner Gary Bettman says the 5.2-billion-dollar deal includes making the games available on all platforms, including live streaming and digital devices.
