Folk music legend Bob Dylan is facing charges connected to a a 2012 interview in which he is quoted comparing Croatians to Nazis and the Ku Klux Klan. The Paris prosecutor’s office says the comments incited hate. The charges stemmed from a lawsuit by a Croatian community group in France over an interview in Rolling Stone magazine. A lawyer for the Croatian group says it is not seeking monetary damages but wants Dylan to apologize to the Croatian people. Dylan has been an influential figure in popular music and culture for more than five decades. Much of his most celebrated work dates from the 1960s.
