Last weekend it was the snow, this time it’s ice.
You could be in store for some tricky driving and walking on untreated roads and sidewalks that may be extremely slick from the freezing rain, courtesy of a storm from Texas.
Environment Canada says it’ll likely result in a major freezing rain storm tonight over parts of southern and eastern Ontario.
Ice buildup could snap branches and knock down trees and power lines causing potential power outages.
And winter is officially here, arriving at 12:11pm.
