The prediction of some strong winds and rare mild December temperatures have authorities warning that efforts to restore power to tens of thousands of people – could be hampered .
In Toronto, some 32,000 people are still in the cold and dark after last weekend’s crippling ice storm.
And another 6,000 around the province are still without power.
There are concerns That strong winds could knock down more power lines.
Utilities say they’re doing everything they can and crews will continue around the clock until every single Ontarian has their lights back on.
