Police in Quebec say bad weather’s forcing them to temporarily suspend efforts to find those still missing after the deadly fire at a Quebec seniors home.

The numbers remain unchanged – 10 dead, 22 missing and presumed dead.

There will be a church service this afternoon in L’Isle-Verte to remember them.

As for the possible cause, police are not ruling out anything.

Careless smoking is getting a lot of attention in the media.

An employee says only two residents were smokers and that one had recently been warned for smoking in the hallways.

Investigators have talked to relatives about the 96-year old man’s smoking habits.
