More twists and turns in the Rob Ford saga.

His brother Doug says it was him – NOT the mayor – some saw at a coffee shop in the Junction neighbourhood yesterday.

Ford adds the mayor is nowhere near Toronto so it couldn’t have been him as some employees and customers may have thought.

He says he just popped in to grab a coffee on the way into work.

He will not give out the location of the rehab facility.

Those who’ve talked to him on the phone say Ford claims things are going well and that he vows to be back in time for the October municipal election.
