Eugenie Bouchard has reached her second straight Grand Slam semi-final.
She beat Spain’s Carla Suarez Navarro 7-6 (4), 2-6, 7-5 at the French Open.
Bouchard was down 4-1 in the third set before bouncing back and winning on her third match point.
She also made it to the semis of the Australian Open in January, where she lost to eventual champ Li Na.
Bouchard will now face Maria Sharapova.
Meanwhile, on the men’s side, Milos Raonic lost 7-5, 7-6 (5), 6-4 to Novak Djokovic in the quarter-finals.
He was the first Canadian male player to make it that far in a Grand Slam since the 1968 Australia Championships.
