More bad news for General Motors.

The biggest automotive company in the U.S. has announced another massive recall –  bringing G.M.’s total number of recalled vehicles this year to 29-million.

The automaker has now added 8.2 million vehicles to its ballooning list of cars recalled over faulty ignition switches.

The latest recalls involve mainly older mid-size cars for what G.M calls “unintended ignition key rotation.”

The announcement covers seven vehicles, including the Chevrolet Malibu from 1997 to 2005, the Pontiac Grand Prix from 2004 to 2008, and the 2003-2014 Cadillac C-T-S.

Meanwhile: A group of Toronto-area G.M. dealers say they’re tired of waiting for General Motors to help.

They’re now suing the automaker, claiming G.M. failed to provide them with adequate financial support despite receiving million of dollars in aid from taxpayers.

The Canadian dealers say they’ve been struggling to make a profit amid a big drop in market share and sluggish sales and are seeking 400-million dollars in damages.

G.M. says the claims are without merit.
