Thornhill’s Milo Raonic dropped his historic semi-final at the All England club.

Roger Federer took it in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 and now meets Novak Djokovic in Sunday morning’s final.

That’ll be the Swiss star’s 25th appearance in a Grand Slam final as he goes for his eighth career singles title at Wimbledon.

Djokovic advances to his third Wimbledon final in four years.

It’s his 14th Grand Slam final and 10th in the past 13 majors.

This was Raonic’s first Grand Slam semi, ”I know I can do much better.”

Tomorrow, Eugenie Bouchard will try to beat Petra Kvitova and become the first Canadian to win a Grand Slam singles title.

Meanwhile, Canadian Vasek Pospisil and American partner Jack Sock are in the men’s doubles final.

They’ll face defending champs Bob and Mike Bryan.
