A lawyer who specializes in labour law and equality rights issues, will investigate misconduct allegations against two M-Ps who were suspended from the Liberal caucus.

Party leader Justin Trudeau named Cynthia Petersen today – and says he won’t speculate on details of the probe – only that he’s looking forward to receiving her advice.

Scott Andrews and Massimo Pacetti  were removed from the Liberal caucus a month ago today – over complaints from two NDP female staffers, about what Trudeau calls ”serious personal misconduct.”
