ANOTHER WANDERING CHILD, FOUND SAFE, MOTHER CHARGED

The day after 3-year old Elijah Marsh died after wandering outdoors, a second child was found wandering naked outside in south Etobicoke.
The 4-year old was found on Lake Shore Blvd near Kipling Avenue this afternoon by a neighbour.
He’s fine but was taken to St. Joseph’s hospital as a precaution.
His mother’s been charged with child abandonment.
Police say more charges are possible.
