The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board has launched an investigation into a train derailment in Philadelphia last night that killed six people. One car of the Washington to New York City Amtrak train is mangled, three are overturned and three others were left a twisted mess after the crash. At least six of the 144 people taken to hospital are in critical condition. The train was carrying 243 passengers.
