It would appear last January’s rush hour ticket and towing blitz in Toronto’s downtown core, did not leave a lasting impression.
More tickets were issued and more vehicles towed Monday than on the first day of the original blitz. Toronto Police issued 672 tickets and had 100 vehicles towed. That compares with 592 tickets issued and 76 vehicles towed on day one of the original blitz.
