Mid-life crisis? What mid-life crisis?
New research suggests there’s no such thing.
The report from the University of Alberta studied the same 1,500 people for up to 25 years.
And it found they were happier in their early 40s – than when they were 18.
Although there was a slight dip in happiness around age 43 in one group – generally, happiness increased.
And the happiness level was found to be higher in years when participants were married – and in better health.
The report was published in “Developmental Psychology.”
