The jury deciding the guilt or innocence of Toronto Police Constable James Forcillo moves into its 6th day of deliberations today.
The 32-year-old officer is facing second degree murder charges in the July, 2013, shooting death of 18-year old Sammy Yatim aboard a TTC streetcar.
Court has heard that Yatim was high on XTC and had pulled a knife prior to his encounter with Forcillo.
Forcillo has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
