Fans of the Chairman of the Board will be pleased to hear that a new jukebox stage musical about the life of Frank Sinatra is in the works and may be ready for the stage by 2018.

The late singer’s family has teamed up with the Ambassador Theatre Group and movie producer Stewart Till to tell the story Sinatra  from his humble beginnings in New Jersey as the only child of Italian parents, through his rise to stardom as a chart-topping recording artist and then as an Oscar winning movie star.

Sinatra died in 1998 at the age of 82.
