The person, Peel police believe owned 4201 Hickory Drive has not yet been found, but two people associated with the east Mississauga home leveled by an explosion Tuesday have been identified.
They are Robert Nadler and Diane Page.
One female was killed but has not been identified as officials were awaiting autopsy results.
Investigators have not yet been able to access the blast site but admit it’s possible a second body could be found in the rubble.
Meanwhile, Fire Chief Tim Beckett says 69 addresses were still affected by the evacuation in the Dixie-Rathburn Roads area.
It’s hoped more residents will be able to return to their homes today.
An information centre’s now open at the nearby Burnhamthorpe Community Centre.
