This weekend’s 70th annual annual “It’s a Wonderful Life” festival in Seneca Falls in the finger lake district of upstate New York, features an appearance by the three surviving actors who played the Bailey children in the 1946 film.

Karolyn Grimes, Carol Coombs and Jimmy Hawkins played the children of George and Mary Bailey who in turn were played by James Stewart and Donna Reed.
The “Bailey Kids” will be signing autographs and discussing their work in the movie.
Many in Seneca Falls believe their hometown served as the inspiration for Bedford Falls after director Frank Kapra visited their upstate New York village in 1945.
