ROSS KING'S "MAD ENCHANTMENT" TAKES THE RBC TAYLOR PRIZE

A huge honour for author Ross King.

He’s won the $25,000 RBC Taylor Prize.

The Saskatchewan-born writer who is based in the U.K. received the award for Mad Enchantment: Claude Monet and the Painting of the Water Lilies – published by Bond Street Books/Doubleday Canada.

 Mad Enchantment has been highly praised in recent months.

It’s been a finalist for the Hilary Weston Writers’ Trust Prize for Nonfiction – and was longlisted for the British Columbia’s National Award for Canadian Non-Fiction.
