AIR MILES HOPING IMPROVEMENTS SATISFY LOYALTY PROGRAM MEMBERS

Changes are coming to Air Miles next month.
Effective April 3rd, it’ll begin offering around-the-clock customer service on Facebook and Twitter.
The loyalty program will also make it easier for those with fewer miles to access rewards.
When members, who don’t have enough miles to buy something, Air Miles will allow them to make up the difference on up to 40% of its merchandise.
The entire rewards catalogue will also be made available to all members.
And as an extra perk, Gold members will receive a 10% discount and Onyx members 20% off merchandise.
Air Miles hopes these changes will stop the complaints from collectors in the wake of the loyalty program cancelling its controversial expiry policy.
