Canadian funny man Martin Short stripped down to a nude bodysuit to perform a musical number and then became a human bagpipe in the hands of a large, kilt-wearing man “all for the sake of the environment.

The 67-year old Hamilton native was the MC at “Stand Up For the Planet”, an all-star comedy benefit in Los Angeles for the U-S Natural Resources Defense Council.

The event raised almost $1.5 million to support litigation against the Trump Republican Administration’s environmental policies.

The NRDC has already sued the Trump administration over the Keystone XL Pipeline  and proposed changes to Environmental Protection Agency’s regulations.
