Bill Cosby’s retrial is set for November.

Judge Steven O’Neill says all parties must report to the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania, on November 6th.

Prosecutors found themselves right back at the beginning on June 17th – after the judge declared a mistrial.  The jury failed to reach a verdict in over 52 hours of deliberations – lasting six days.

District Attorney Kevin Steele vowed to put Cosby on trial again – saying his accuser Andrea Constand supported the decision.

Cosby was tried on charges stemming from an encounter with the former Temple University worker – who accused him of sexually assaulting her in 2004.

The comedian and actor turns 80 next week – and Cosby contends the encounter was consensual.
