He was hit last week by a vehicle while biking just minutes from home. His family confirms he died last weekend of his injuries.
Toronto Police Constable Clint Stibbe says the investigation is ongoing but that no charges have been laid against the driver.Sim is the second cycling fatality on Toronto streets this year.  In May five year old Xavier Morgan was killed after falling into traffic on Lakeshore Blvd while riding the Martin Goodman Trail.
