City Councillor Giorgio Mammoliti will attend Ford Fest, and if Doug Ford announces he’ll be running for mayor, Mammoliti says ”he will have my full support.”
The councillor’s put out a statement in which he says, over the past three years, the city has suffered from weak leadership, that it’s engaged in a slew of expensive pet projects and never-ending spending.
”I have always been consistent on this topic, which is that the city was much better off financially 3 years ago than it is today,” said Mamolitti.
”I believe that we need to finish the job that we started in 2010 and put the City back on sound financial footing.”
