After Ri Yong-ho addressed the United Nations General Assembly Saturday, the U.S. president tweeted ”Just heard Foreign Minister of North Korea speak at U.N. If he echoes thoughts of Little Rocket Man, they won’t be around much longer!”
Speaking to reporters Monday, Ri said Trump’s ”declaration of war” gives North Korea ”every right” under the U.N. charter to take counter measures, ”including the right to shoot down the United States strategic bombers even they’re not yet inside the airspace boarder of our country.
The North Korean foreign minister says all U.N. members should ”clearly remember that it was the U.S. who first declared war.”
Meanwhile, the Pentagon says it would provide the president with options to deal with North Korea if its provocations continue.
