ISHIGURO WINS NOBEL FOR LITERATURE

This year’s Nobel Prize for Literature has gone to English writer Kazuo Ishiguro.
In a brief citation, the Nobel committee credited the author with crafting “novels of great emotional force.”

Ishiguro is the Booker Prize-winning author of “The Remains of the Day.”

The 62 year old’s most recent novel, “The Buried Giant,” was published in March of 2015.
