Considering both he and Kevin Spacey were up for the part in the upcoming film ”All the Money in the World,” Canadian acting legend Christopher Plummer does not feel like he’s replacing the ousted ”House of Cards” star.

Spacey initially landed the role as billionaire J. Paul Getty, but after a series of recent sexual misconduct allegations, he was taken out of the project.
With Spacey’s scenes already shot and with Oscar buzz already building, the film had to keep its December 22 release date in order to remain in contention.
Re-shoots with the 87-year-old Plummer begin next week, but he says he feels little pressure and does not feel like a fill-in.
”No.  Not at all because we were both up for the part – the same part – months ago, so in a funny, ironic way it’s coming back to me.”
Plummer’s other new film is ”The Man Who Invented Christmas,” the original story of ‘A Christmas Carol,” in which he portrays Ebenezer Scrooge.
