Canadian Music Legend Neil Young has a couple of surprises up his sleeve when he releases his latest album “The Visitor” as well as the launch of Neil Young Archives on December first.

Young is going to perform a solo acoustic concert that will be live streamed along with the release of all of his music.  Not only that, but fans will be able to stream Young’s music free of charge “in the highest quality your machine will allow” through his Xstream music service.

As he notes in an on-line post, “It’s the way it’s supposed to be. In the beginning, everything is free.”
