It’s good news if you’re an early riser and coffee gets you going.
It turns out that a third or fourth cup of coffee in the morning might actually be good for you.
British researchers reviewed more than 200 studies on coffee consumption and health, and found people who drink multiple cups of coffee have lower rates of early death, cardiovascular disease and liver disease.
They also found a decrease in several types of cancer, including prostate cancer, endometrial cancer, skin cancer, leukemia and liver cancer.
However, the study published in the journal BMJ did find a possible link between coffee consumption and an increase risk of fracture in women with poor bone health.
