The people who work in Canada’s entertainment industry have come up with a plan to address sexual harassment in the work place.
That follows an unprecedented closed-door brain storming session hosted by he Alliance of Canadian Television and Radio Artists and attended by industry movers and shakers.

The plan calls for the establishment of an an industry-wide code of conduct and a push to enforce existing policies on sexual harassment.   They also plan to establish an education and training program.

The meeting followed a tsunami of sexual assault allegations in the American entertainment industry and an acknowledgment that the problem exists in Canada as well.
