"SOAP" ACTOR ROBERT MANDAN DIES AT AGE 86

The veteran actor who played the womanizing Chester Tate on the 70’s TV sitcom “Soap” has died at the age of 86.

 

Robert Mandan often played suits and white-collar types during his long career like the wealthy investment banker on “Three’s Company” and on its mid 1980’s spin off “Three’s a Crowd.”  He also worked on soap operas like “The Edge of Night.”
