It seems many Zoomers are finding life in Ontario is just too expensive.

A new Royal LePage survey finds 63% of Ontario Baby Boomers are thinking of downsizing or moving because they can’t afford to retire in their current location.

Royal LePage President Phil Soper calls this a new trend.  He says wanting to retire in the country isn’t new, but having to move because you can’t afford to retire where you are, is.

The survey involved 1,000 Ontarians born between 1946 and 1964.
