We’re learning more from the Ford government – about how public consultations on education issues, including the sex-ed curriculum will be carried out – beginning next month.
They’ll include an online survey, telephone townhalls and a submission platform – where the government will accept detailed proposals.
The Tories say the consultations will seek parental feedback on number of issues, including math scores, cellphone use, financial literacy – and how best to prepare students with necessary job skills.
The government says teachers should use a revised interim sex-ed curriculum – during the consultations on a new document.
