The 69-year-old guitarist and songwriter is seeking his share, saying he would have been paid at least $12-million.
Mick Fleetwood said the decision to part ways was made following the band’s last performance in January when they were honored at the MusiCares benefit on Grammy weekend.

While all five members – Buckingham, Fleetwood, Steve Nicks, Christine McVie, John McVie – appeared together, Fleetwood said, tensions were building because Buckingham would not sign off on a tour they’d been planning for a-year-and-a-half.
As a result, Fleetwood says they decided they had to part company.
The tour, which began October 3, has Mike Campbell and Neil Finn replacing Buckingham.
