Marco Muzzo, convicted of the drunk driving killing of three children and their grandfather, will have a hearing for day parole November 7.
Muzzo was sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty in 2016 to the crash in Vaughan in September 2015 that killed Harry, Milly and Daniel Neville-Lake and their grandfather Gary Neville.
The children’s grandmother and great-grandmother were seriously hurt.
Corrections Canada says Muzzo will be eligible to apply for full parole in May 2019 and statutory release June 2022.
He also faces a 12-year driving ban that takes effect on his release from custody.
