There will be no Air Canada flights to India for the time being.

(Air Canada)
The airline taking the step after the Pakistani government decided to close its airspace after shooting down two Indian planes in the disputed region of Kashmir amid increased tensions between the nuclear armed rivals.
An Air Canada flight that left Toronto last night has returned to Canada, while another from Vancouver was cancelled.
Air Canada does not have any planes on the ground in India and all flights from India to Canada have returned as scheduled.
The airline says it’s monitoring the situation and will resume service ”once the situation normalizes and we determine it is safe to do so.”
Air Canada normally operates daily flights to Delhi from Toronto and Vancouver and files from Toronto to Mumbai four-times-a-week.
