Turmoil on the very day Britain was supposed to leave the European Union.
Prime Minister Theresa May’s Brexit deal has been rejected a third time leaving it unclear how, when or even if the U.K. will leave the bloc.

The result means Britain now has until April 12 to tell the European Union what it plans to do:  cancel the divorce deal, leave the bloc without one or seek a longer delay.
Within minutes of the vote, European Union leaders called for a special meeting April 10.
The EU executive says a ”no-deal” exit two days later was now a ”likely scenario.”
In the Commons, Opposition Leader Jeremy Corbyn and Scottish National Party Leader Ian Blackford urged May to step down, arguing there should be a general election.
Meanwhile, thousands opposed to Britain delaying its departure marched through central London.
Groups gathered outside Parliament, waving Union Jack flags and chanting ”Out means out” and ”Bye, Bye E-U.”
That’s prompted the Trudeau government to issue a warning to Canadians in London about possible acts of violence during any protests.
