The Ford government is giving you until October 3 to comment on proposed regulatory changes that would allow municipalities to bring in photo radar in school and community safety zones.
When changes are made to the Highway Traffic Act, photo radar would remain an option for municipalities.

Mayor John Tory says the city wants to install 50 photo radar cameras in school and community zones.
Toronto has 136 school safety zones and plans to add 63 by year’s end.
