The wait for the film version of one of the most popular stage musicals in history is almost over.

The film version of “Hamilton” starts streaming tomorrow.

Tony Award nominee Kristen Anderson-Lopez, who co-wrote the songs from “Frozen,” says she’s pretty excited to be able to see Hamilton in a new way.  She calls it a  hybrid experience merging live theatre with filmed entertainment.

For those who prefer the real deal, Mirvish Productions says Hamilton will return to Toronto just as soon as it’s safe to do so.
